The ACCA holds
membership functions on a monthly basis. These meetings are alternated
between Calgary and Edmonton and include a guest speaker who typically
addresses a popular contact centre issue.
In addition to the monthly event schedule, the ACCA hosts an annual
conference and tradeshow. The location alternates between Edmonton and
Calgary each year and typically runs for two days in the Spring.
The ACCA hosts it Annual General Meeting in the Fall which is also
alternated between Calgary and Edmonton each year. The AGM generally
features a guest speaker.
