The Alberta Call Centre
Association Board of Directors would like to send out a special thank you
to all of the delegates who attended this year's conference. We hope you
found the tours to 3-1-1 and the Canadian Red Cross valuable, with ideas
you can take back and implement in your own centres; gained insight and
walked away motivated through our keynotes, breakout presentation,
informal networking (including the fun Casino night), and the tradeshow
sponsors.
A special thank you to 3-1-1 and the Canadian Red Cross for
opening their doors of business for us to come and tour your facilities.
Thank you to our sponsors for their generosity in supporting the

Customer Service Works. Thank you to those companies who chose to
