This price includes one skirted 8' X 10' table, two chairs, one wastebasket and one full conference registration. The static display booths are set up in the foyer of the meeting area. This will give exhibitors maximum exposure as all exhibitors will be situated around all of the conference meeting rooms.

Upon registration as an exhibitor, you will receive a confirmation letter from the ACCA Conference office which will include booth location, exhibitor floor plan and forms for electrical, telecommunications, and shipping and handling. Exhibitors are responsible for all ancillary charges (i.e. electrical and telecommunications). Please see registration form for more details.

TERMS AND AGREEMENT

Exhibiting company assumes complete responsibility and liability for all loss, damage or destruction of the property of the exhibit, its guests and property of the Fantasyland Hotel used by the Exhibitor or brought upon the hotel premises on its behalf. Exhibitor also assumes full responsibility and liability for injury to any or all persons or property in any way connected with the exhibitor's display caused by the exhibitor's negligence. Exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the Alberta Call Centre Association (ACCA) and the Fantasyland Hotel and the legal entities which own, lease and or operate the hotel, their members, officers, directors and employees against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any/all damage to property or personal injury caused by exhibitor or his agents, representatives, employees and other persons so identified. In addition, Exhibitor acknowledges that the ACCA and the Fantasyland Hotel do not maintain insurance covering Exhibitor's property and that it is the sole responsibility of Exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by the Exhibitor. Exhibitor also acknowledges having read and understood the Terms of Contract and conditions outlined on this website or in the conference programs.

Exhibiting company agrees to read and comply with the Terms of Contract for exhibiting at the 2008 ACCA Conference.

By registering and signing the completed Vendor/Sponsor Registration Form, you indicate your understanding and intent to comply with the above Terms and Agreement and Terms of Contract as noted.
