Delegate Conference Registration Fees

Additional fees are required for

Call Centre Tours - $99
Workshops - $75 each
The same two workshops will be offered in the morning and afternoon for your convenience. If you select one workshop the fee will be $75. If you select two workshops the fee will be at our 10th Anniversary Special price of $99 ($51 savings).

Dinner and Entertainment - $75
Keynote Luncheon - $75

Conference Registration Fees and Registration Process

Non-Members are welcome to attend the full conference activities for the non-members price. All social events, trade show, workshops and sessions are open to non-members.

At-The-Door Registrations: ACCA has provided an opportunity for those individuals who cannot commit to the conference in advance to register at the door. There is an increased fee for those delegates who choose to register at the door.

There are two easy ways for you to register for this year’s
conference

Registration Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of your registration within 20 working days of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation within this time, please call the Conference Office at 403-541-0992 or toll-free at 877-843-4532.  Registration will not be confirmed without full payment.

Registration Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone in your place, providing they are of the same member category.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Full refunds, less $150 processing fee per registrant will be granted for cancellations received in writing at ACCA offices by noon, April 4, 2008. A refund, less $200 processing fee per registrant will be granted to written requests received at the ACCA office between April 4 and April 18, 2008. Refunds will not be granted after April 18, 2008. Refunds will not be given for no-shows after the Conference.
