| The categories of
Membership offered within the ACCA are as follows:
Corporate Membership (Voting)
Any company actively operating a call centre in Alberta. This
membership category also applies to any company supplying goods or services
to the call centre industry. This membership allows for the appointment of
one voting member and up to four other affiliates
for any one company.
Individual Membership (Voting)
Intended for an individual who is or has been associated with a call
centre or an individual who acts as a vendor or supplier to call centres.
Student (Non-Voting)
Applicable to those who are enrolled in a Call Centre or Customer Service
industry related course containing a minimum of 20 hours of instruction. A
copy of student ID or course registration must be provided at time of
membership application.
