Benefits of Membership


A strong association is the backbone of every established profession. The Alberta Call Centre Association (ACCA) is a dynamic, professional organization that serves as Alberta's central resource for industry information, networking and educational opportunities.  The Alberta Call Centre association is proud to promote the industry and create a professional identity for its members. Our members represent call centres, suppliers, educational services and other support organizations.  It is through the great diversity of our members that we are able to learn from each other, develop new skills and establish business contacts.

Following are just a few of the Benefits of Membership:

Monthly Meetings:
The ACCA holds membership functions on a monthly basis. These meetings are alternated between Calgary and Edmonton and include a guest speaker who typically addresses a popular contact centre issue. ACCA Members receive a significant membership discount to attend these monthly events.

Annual Conference And Tradeshow:
The ACCA hosts an annual conference and tradeshow. The location alternates between Edmonton and Calgary each year. The event typically runs for two days and includes tours, workshops, seminars, a keynote speaker address, and a supplier showcase. Significant discounts are available to ACCA members.

The ACCA provides a unique opportunity to establish a peer-to-peer relationship and network, which can reduce your need for expensive external advice.
