2008 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND
GOLF TOURNAMENT

The ACCA invites you to
attend our second annual golf tournament on September 17, 2008, being held
in conjunction with ACCA's 2008 Annual General Meeting.
Once again, we have chosen
Alberta Springs Golf Course in Red Deer as a central location to host this
years AGM and Tournament. The Alberta PGA calls Alberta Springs Golf Club a
hidden provincial treasure. Minutes west of Red Deer, APGA members have
been tested here for their pro cards. Trees, water, solid bunkering, and
four tee boxes make it fun for all players.
Your registration will
include 9 holes of golf, power cart, dinner and prizes. The AGM will
follow golf and dinner. We also encourage you to bring a guest or
make up a team. More details on this years AGM and Golf Tourney
are provided below. We hope you will join us for this fun filled day.

TIME & FORMAT
Texas Scramble Format
This format is good for all levels of golfers. Each player tees off on each
hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and all players play their
second shots from that spot. The best of the second shots is determined,
then all play their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is
holed. At least four drives of each member of the team must be used during
the course of the round

The Second ACCA Golf Tournament wouldn't be successful without your
generous support by donating golf prizes or by sponsoring a hole. In an
effort to garner as many prizes as possible for the Annual Golf Tournament,
the ACCA is actively soliciting sponsors and/or prize donations. Company
hats, mugs, T-shirts, product – you name it! Check out the Registration

REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations made without 48 hours notice will not be refunded. All no
shows will be invoiced. In the event of cancellation, or event changes,
ONLY those registered will be contacted.
